2. Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify and approach prospective clients such as farmers, agri-cooperatives, distributors, and agribusiness companies.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and online research.
3. Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations
Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations to highlight the features and benefits of the company's agricultural products and solutions.
Clearly articulate value propositions and tailor solutions to customer pain points.
4. Relationship Building & Customer Engagement
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct regular field visits and maintain ongoing communication to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
5. Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close business deals.
Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market presence within the designated territory.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure smooth execution of sales commitments.
Share field insights and customer feedback to help improve products, services, and sales strategies.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities for management review.
