Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitors, and emerging skincare innovations.
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with brand objectives and revenue goals.
Sales & Partnership Growth
Drive B2B and B2C sales by securing partnerships with retailers, spas, dermatology clinics, e-commerce platforms, and distributors.
Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable and long-term relationships.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients and key partners to maximize retention and upselling.
Brand Expansion & Marketing Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored promotional campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to represent the brand and generate leads.
Provide feedback from clients and market insights to guide product development and marketing efforts.
Performance & Reporting
Prepare regular reports on market performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Track key business metrics and analyze ROI from partnerships and campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in
skincare, cosmetics, or beauty industry
.
Strong understanding of skincare trends, ingredients, and consumer behavior.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
