We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting client locations, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential and existing client locations to understand their business needs and offer suitable solutions.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Present company products/services to prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales preferably.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills and ability to convince clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
