Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare business development or sales, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align business development efforts with company goals.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for management review.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in business development or sales within the healthcare industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of healthcare services and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
