Identify and generate new leads via cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
Qualify prospects by understanding their IT needs and mapping them to our service offerings.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
Set up meetings/demos for senior sales personnel with qualified leads.
Maintain a clean and updated CRM with lead interactions and status.
Follow up on leads regularly to ensure continuous engagement.
Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and potential client needs.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in
IT lead generation sales
.
Strong knowledge of IT services, software development, SaaS is a plus.
