Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads via platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and Sales Navigator. Engage with potential clients to understand requirements and present solutions. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Conduct market research and analyze competitors. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT (B.Tech, BCA, MCA) or related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in IT business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of IT services (software, web, mobile app development). Proficiency in CRM tools & Microsoft Office. Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, or similar platforms (preferred).
