Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new B2B leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach
Pitch and present products or services to business clients in a professional manner
Understand client requirements and offer solutions aligned with their business goals
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closing, and onboarding
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network and promote offerings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred (freshers with strong skills can apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to understand client needs and provide consultative solutions
Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales technologies
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
