Responsibilities:
Business development managers are responsible for helping grow businesses by finding new opportunities, researching leads, establishing relationships with potential clients. We expect Candidate to
be responsible, honest, dedicated and a thorough professional.
Candidate shall also be responsible for:
1. Develop a thorough understanding of Company's Services, Client categories.
2. Generating new Leads with the help of different sources and networking (eg. BNI, Social Media channels like Linked In, Common Contacts of self, colleagues and seniors).
3. Conduct cold calls to prospective clients with the aim of generating new business leads. Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present our services effectively. Creating Funnels of contacts of Prospective Clients & Professionals and regular follow-ups. Work collaboratively with the business development team to transition qualified leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential clients.
5. Maintenance of Calendar - Maintenance of all Contacts and Meetings.
6. Preparation of Teaser, Newsletter and Presentation.
7. Staying up-to-date with various updates and movements in the financial markets.
8. Attending Seminars, Webinars and Social Events.
9. Scheduling Interviews and Meetings as per requirement with the help of Agencies and Social Media.
10. Developing growth strategies and plans.
11. Developing promotional campaigns around major services of the company.
12. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
13. Tracking Competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning marketing strategies.
14. Any other role/responsibility (if any) as demanded from the Candidate by the management during the course of Candidate's tenure.
Requirements:
1. Qualification: MBA
2. Proven work experience as a Business Development Officer or similar role (Atleast 1 year) in Consultancy sector like CA Firm, CS Firm or Business Consultancy Firm.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Hands-on experience with Social Media Platforms (e.g. LinkedIn).
4. Professional attitude and appearance.
5. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
6. Travelling for meetings.
7. Proficiency in English language.
8. Ability to be resourceful and proactive.
9. Excellent organizational skills.
10. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
11. Ability to self-motivate.
12. Experience working to and exceeding targets.
