Qualification: Post Graduate (M.Com/MBA/M.A/M.Sc/CA/CS/CWA/CFA)

Experience: 1 - 3 years in Wealth Management, Private Banking or Investment Advisory. Proven track record of acquiring and managing HNIs, Family Offices and Institutional Investors

Mandatory Requirement: Should be post graduate

Must obtain NISM - AIF Certification (Series XIX- C or Series XIX- E) before joining

Key Responsibilities

.Drive business development initiative by acquiring new investors for the fund and expanding the HNIs, Family Offices and Institutional Investors client base.

.Leverage existing relationships in the Wealth Management/Private Banking ecosystem to generate investment commitments.

. Work closely with fund management and senior leadership to align fundraising targets with the fund's overall growth strategy.

. Design and execute sales & marketing strategies to position the fund effectively in competitive markets.

.Manage end-to-end client onboarding in coordination with compliance, legal, and operations.

. Conduct investor meetings, presentations and portfolio discussions to build long-term client trust.

.Represent the fund at industry forums, private banking events and networking platforms.

Required Skills

.Ability to acquire new clients and scale assets under management (AUM).

. Ability to source, pitch and close large ticket investor commitments.

. Excellent persuasion skills to close investment commitments & negotiate terms within regulatory boundaries.

.Strong understanding of investment instruments, capital markets and regulatory frameworks.

. Articulate communication and soft skills required for a Business Development Professional in finance industry.

.Excellent relationship management, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.

.Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to thrive in a target-oriented fundraising role.
