Mandatory Requirement: Should be post graduate and willing to obtain NISM XIX- C Alternative Investment

Fund Manager certification after joining

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic business development roadmap to attract new investors and manage investor onboarding processes in coordination with compliance and legal teams.

Engage in strategic decisions and understand investor needs, align fund offerings accordingly, ensure timely communication, reporting and transparency and contribute to the fund's long-term roadmap.

Work closely with fund management, marketing, operations and legal to align business development efforts with broader strategic goals ensuring regulatory & fiduciary compliance in decision making.

Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with investors through regular communication, performance reporting, and personalized service.

Execute effective outreach strategies and represent the fund at key industry forums, events, and discussions and positioning the brand in relevant circles.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of investment instruments, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent persuasion skills to close investment commitments & negotiate terms within regulatory boundaries.

Articulate communication and soft skills required for a Business Development Professional in finance industry.

Proficient in financial modelling, portfolio analysis and risk management.

Advanced knowledge of financial software & tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, QuickBooks).

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Ability to maintain long-term relationships, provide updates, and manage expectations professionally.
