Responsibilities of the Intern:

1. Communicate and reach out to new potential clients via cold calling, emails, and DMs

2. Send personalized email follow-ups and handle client queries

3. Promote Nerida's Web Development & Digital Marketing Services

4. Convert leads into clients and help drive overall sales

5. Maintain CRM records and follow-up schedules

6. Collaborate with the team for client strategy and feedback

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

2. Analytical thinking with a problem-solving attitude

3. Creative and innovative mindset

4. Experience with CRM systems

5. Knowledge of Canva & AI prompting tools

6. Basic social media management and data mining skills

7. Familiarity with Google Sheets, lead tracking & follow-up structures

8. Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
