We are seeking a Business Development Intern to help build the foundation for our revenue programs at our growing AI startup. As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with the founder and other leadership to drive growth in our target markets.
You will be the
owner of outbound sales campaigns & strategy
, managing our database, and executing lead generation programs across various channels like email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and more.
What You'll Do:
Own the
India outbound lead generation
, aligning closely with the SDR team on a coordinated sales outbound & account-based strategy.
Execute
hyper-personalized LinkedIn
outreach,
prospect calling campaigns
, webinars, content campaigns, and partnerships.
Build and manage lead lists
, landing pages, and email campaigns to engage contacts in target accounts and generate quality leads.
Ensure consistent
lead generation
and
engagement
with prospects in our targeted market.
Manage the lead generation budget
and track ROI on program investments, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts.
What We're Looking For:
Eager to learn
about B2B sales, growth, and demand generation, with a focus on scaling tech-driven solutions (AI/ SaaS).
You have ideally
interned
or worked at a
growth-stage tech startup
, preferably in the AI or SaaS industry.
Proven ability to
execute campaigns
that generate leads and contribute to sales pipeline development.
Analytical mindset
: You know how to assess campaign performance, optimize programs, and drive higher conversion rates through the sales funnel.
Strong
organizational and project management skills

You're
comfortable working on US time zones
