Continuous improvement of students with the help of technology where students will get personalized feedback and recommendation as per their practice pattern, as it is also cross-referenced to conceptual learning blocks in core subjects. We also fill the gaps between student-teacher-parent by having frequent one on one connects and meetings.

About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the qualification of the opportunities and/or identification of target customers
2. Explain to them the benefits of the program, they have selected or shown interest in
3. Convince customers to enroll in a paid premium experience class of the product/program
4. Update tasks/activities/relevant information on various company platforms (e.g. LS, CRM, reporting)
5. Be accountable for the creation of a positive pipeline through strong follow-up to increase sales conversion
6. Provide work-related updates to reporting managers as required from time to time
7. Work on the identification of prospective customers (via various lead channels)

Requirements:

1. Motivated, competitive individual with a strong aptitude for learning
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to comprehend and communicate our value proposition to prospects
4. Keen interest in education
5. A knack for sales and positioning an idea
6. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
7. Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
8. Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of revenue generated).
