We are a bunch of adman chums, who have worked at several leading advertising agencies and web development companies for over a year now. About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and identify potential clients and partnerships that align with our company\'s values and goals
2. Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals to pitch ADesignGuy\'s services to potential clients
3. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement business development strategies
4. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads
5. Track and report on the progress of business development efforts

Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s program in a related field (e.g. marketing, business administration)
2. Strong research and analytical skills
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Note: This is a full-time internship position with the potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance.

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 4 to 8 Lac/annum

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 20000 per sale).
