Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Global & domestic pharma market.
Develop and recommend an out sourcing and in house strategy for assigned products with the objective of improving productivity reducing cost, creating flexible access to global and domestic market
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, and key customers.
Achieve sales targets and ensure market expansion for assigned products.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Coordinate with production, marketing, and regulatory teams for timely execution of business plans.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business proposals.
Participate in tenders, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Accountable for timely deliverables to support cross functional teams of Quality, Regulatory and manufacturing.
Fostered strong relationships with senior cross functional team members ensuring smooth execution of business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Science/MBA preferred.
10 + years of experience in business development in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong market knowledge and customer network.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to travel as required.
