Assist sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and product brochures.
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
3. Product Knowledge & Demonstration
Learn technical features, software integrations, and advantages of Interactive Flat Panels.
Conduct live product demos (in-person/virtual) for customers under guidance of senior team members.
Address basic customer queries and redirect technical issues to senior staff.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients.
Collect feedback from clients and report to senior sales managers.
Support in after-sales service coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Marketing & Branding Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for IFPs.
Support social media and digital marketing teams by sharing leads and content ideas.
Participate in exhibitions, workshops, and product awareness events.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, meetings scheduled, and leads generated.
Update CRM or sales tracking sheets with accurate information.
Assist senior managers with documentation, agreements, and follow-ups.
7. Learning & Development
Gain exposure to B2B sales processes.
Develop skills in negotiation, presentation, and customer handling.
Work closely with mentors to understand end-to-end sales cycle.
Build and maintain a database of prospects using online tools, directories, and field visits.
Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
