Business Development Intern

who can help us

bring new projects, onboard new clients, and grow our business

Website Design & Development Web Application Development Shopify Store Development & Store Redesign Custom eCommerce Website Development Mobile App Development (Android & iOS) UI/UX Design & Product Design Logo Design & Graphic Design Digital Marketing & Growth Marketing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) SaaS & Product-Based Solutions And more digital solutions
Your Role & Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

Generating

new leads & projects

for YS Innovations Identifying potential clients (Startups, SMEs, Brands) Understanding client needs &

gathering requirements clearly

Explaining our services & solutions confidently Coordinating with

design, development & marketing teams

Preparing basic proposals, estimates & follow-ups Managing client communication & relationship building Tracking leads, discussions & project milestones Helping close deals and ensure smooth project onboarding
Mandatory Skills & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

? Strong

communication & client-handling skills

? Ability to understand business problems & convert them into project requirements
? Basic knowledge of

web, app, eCommerce & digital marketing services

? Good negotiation & persuasion skills
? Professional attitude & confidence in meetings/calls
? Ability to work with internal teams & follow processes
? Willingness to learn sales strategy, pricing & project planning
? Goal-oriented mindset with focus on results

Internship Details

Duration:

6 Months

First 3 Months:

No Stipend (Learning + Live Client Exposure)

Next 3 Months:

Up to ?10,000/month (Performance-based)

Incentives:

Post Internship:

?1.5 - ?2.0 LPA (Full-time Role)

Mode:

On-site (Coimbatore only) - No Work From Home

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
