About the Role:
We are looking for a
Business Development Intern
who is passionate about communication, outreach, and relationship-building. This is an excellent opportunity for
college students
who want to gain real-world exposure to business development, client relations, and startup operations.
You will play a key role in identifying potential leads, reaching out to prospects, and supporting daily business operations. Training and guidance will be provided throughout the internship.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Research and identify potential clients from various industries.
Contact leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce our products and services.
Onboarding Leads:
Assist in converting qualified leads into clients by explaining offerings and coordinating meetings or demos.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and update client databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects.
Operational Support:
Assist the business team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Coordinate between departments for ongoing projects and client deliverables.
Reporting:
Prepare brief reports on calls, meetings, and lead progress.
Share feedback and insights to improve outreach strategies.
Who Can Apply:
College students pursuing
Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Konkaniand Hindi preferred).
Confident on phone calls and comfortable initiating conversations.
Basic understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
