Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Management
- Handle incoming leads, respond promptly, qualify leads, and transfer warm leads to the Business Development team.
Communication
- Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups, confidently pitching Tangle's services and maintaining a strong response rate.
Business Profile Optimization
- Regularly update and manage business profiles (services, images, reviews) to improve visibility and credibility.

Interest in sales, local outreach, and client relationships.

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday:
Call leads immediately when enquiries come in (no fixed shift). If no enquiries then no work for that day.
