position : Business Development Intern
Role Overview As a Business Development Intern, you will play an essential role in driving outreach, partnerships, and growth initiatives. This internship offers an opportunity to gain handson experience in sales, lead generation, relationship management, and strategy building while contributing to Digimation Flight's mission.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients, colleges, and partners for collaboration. Generate, track, and convert leads through calls, emails, and networking. Promote Digimation Flight's courses, webinars, and workshops to students and institutions. Support in developing business strategies, proposals, and outreach campaigns. Build and maintain long-term relationships with student groups and academic institutions. Work with the marketing team to align outreach with promotional activities. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
Requirements Bachelor's degree (pursuing/completed) in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields. Strong communication, persuasion, and networking skills. Friendly and approachable personality, with the ability to connect with students. Interest in sales, marketing, and business development. Self-motivated, result-driven, and willing to take initiative. Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and social media.
