The Role: Impact & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and mission-aligned Business Development Intern to support our aggressive growth and expansion plans. You will be a crucial part of our core team, gaining hands-on experience in a high-growth startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Strategy:
Conduct in-depth research on new Tier 2 cities for expansion, competitive analysis, and identifying potential strategic partnerships (e.g., senior living communities, healthcare providers).
Sales Process Support:
Assist the Business Development team in creating compelling pitch materials, presentations, and sales collateral tailored for B2B partners and high-value customer segments.
Lead Generation:
Support the development and execution of lead generation campaigns, utilizing digital tools and direct outreach to identify and qualify new membership leads.
Data Analysis:
Track and analyze key sales and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies and propose data-driven improvements.
Operational Assistance:
Help streamline internal business processes, documentation, and the onboarding process for new members or vendors.
Who You Are (Required Skills & Qualifications)
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills
(both written and verbal) in English and
Hindi
(knowledge of other regional languages is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) or Google Workspace.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
A
proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
with a desire to take ownership of tasks.
