We are looking for a self-motivated individual who wishes to have hands-on learning opportunities in a business development and sales role.



Job Responsibilities

Participate in business development and sales activities Conduct market research to gather information about potential clients, industry trends, and competitors Developing and generating leads through research and outreach Create prospect lists and maintain a database of potential clients and partners Support relationship development with clients, partners, and vendors Analyze data to improve business development efficiency Creating sales materials and proposals Maintain records of business development activities Maintain good communication with customers and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM. Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions. A functioning webcam. A noise-canceling USB headset. A quiet, dedicated home office space. Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
