Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Market Research

Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, Instagram, startup communities, and industry research. Study market trends, competitors, and brand needs. Understand how social media and digital marketing services are positioned during pitches.

2. Client Communication & Pitching Support

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and marketing documents. Join client meetings and learn pitching and requirement gathering. Support in scheduling calls, maintaining communication, and follow-ups.

3. Sales Learning & Deal Support

Understand the sales pipeline from inquiry to conversion. Learn negotiation techniques and objection handling. Support senior members during deal closures.

4. Coordination With Internal Teams

Coordinate with SMMs, designers, editors, and strategists. Clearly communicate client requirements internally. Assist in managing client expectations and communication flow.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Update lead sheets, CRM tracking systems, and daily reports. Maintain a structured database of prospects and communication logs. Prepare weekly internal reports on leads and progress.
