As a Business developmentIntern at Lifecraft Studio, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, client relations, and business development. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and develop relationships with potential clients. This is an exciting role for someone looking to learn and grow in the creative and digital services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and researching potential clients in need of branding, graphic design, and web development services
Generate and qualify leads through outreach, including emails, calls, and social media interactions
Help create and customize sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
Support the sales team in tracking and managing sales leads in CRM software
Participate in client meetings, taking notes and assisting in follow-ups
Conduct market research to understand trends and client needs in the design and digital space
Assist in building relationships with clients and maintaining communication to nurture ongoing opportunities
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to expand our client base
Prepare sales reports and help track key performance metrics
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Interest in the branding, graphic design, or web development industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
Self-motivated with a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
