Key Responsibilities
Assist in
lead generation
through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Communicate with potential clients to understand their IT requirements
Support the sales team in pitching
IT services and solutions
Maintain and update
CRM and sales records
Conduct
market research
to identify new business opportunities
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and follow-up reports
Coordinate with internal technical teams for client requirements
Attend client meetings (online/offline) when required
