Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Support
Assist in identifying and tracking potential business leads
Maintain and update lead databases, CRM sheets, and trackers
Support follow-ups with prospective clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Assist in preparing introductory decks and proposal documents
Client & Meeting Coordination
Support the Client Servicing Executive in coordinating client meetings
Help schedule meetings, calls, and presentations
Assist in preparing meeting agendas and post-meeting follow-ups
Maintain basic records of client interactions and discussions
Proposal & Presentation Assistance
Assist in formatting and proofreading proposal presentations (PPT)
Coordinate with internal teams for required inputs and materials
Ensure timely sharing of documents with clients
Market & Research Support
Conduct basic market research on potential clients, brands, and industries
Identify new sectors, companies, and contacts for outreach
Assist in preparing simple research summaries for management
Administrative & Reporting Support
Support daily reporting, documentation, and follow-up tracking
Assist in maintaining structured folders, files, and records
Help in preparing weekly activity and progress reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
Good organizational and time-management skills

Exposure to agency, events, marketing, or design industry
Comfortable speaking to clients and prospects
