Responsibilities:
1. Learn Product Knowledge: Understand the range of logistics aggregator services offered by Bigship Logistics Pvt Ltd, including freight forwarding, warehousing, customs clearance, and other 3PL related services.
2. Assist in Sales Activities: Support the sales team in various activities such as lead generation, prospecting, and client meetings, on-boarding and client servicing.
3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, and assist in developing strategies to target key market segments.
4. Client Communication: Assist in communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-personal meetings to understand their logistics needs and offer suitable solutions provided by us.
5. CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems with relevant client information and communication records.
6. Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing sales reports and analysis to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
7. Learn Sales Techniques: Shadow experienced sales representatives to learn effective sales techniques, negotiation skills, and objection handling strategies.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
