Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients:

Research and connect with

MSMEs, colleges, and local businesses

that could benefit from Ekatta Innovators LLP's training programs and project-based services.

Pitch programs and services:

Present and explain the company's offerings to potential clients through calls, emails, or in-person visits to generate interest and build long-term relationships.

Assist in proposal preparation:

Support the team in drafting business proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.

Client communication & follow-up:

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure smooth communication and timely responses.

Lead tracking:

Work with the

Project Manager

to maintain and update the lead tracker, ensuring every lead is properly recorded and monitored for progress.

Market research:

Gather local market insights and feedback to help improve business strategies and outreach efforts.

Requirements:

Education:

BBA / MBA / B.Com / Engineering students or freshers with an interest in

marketing, business development, or sales.

Skills:

Good communication in

Marathi, Hindi, and English.

Personality traits:

Confident, polite, self-motivated, and comfortable interacting with local business owners or college representatives.

Tech-savvy:

Basic knowledge of using Google Sheets, email communication, and CRM or lead tracking tools is a plus.

Interview Tip:

Candidates who are confident in approaching and communicating with

small business owners or college representatives

will be given preference.
