Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calling to potential clients and generate leads Assist in client follow-ups, meetings, and property site visits Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems Conduct market research and gather data on competitor projects and pricing Assist in property listings, photography coordination, and basic content preparation Learn and understand real estate basics - inventory, project details, sales funnel
