Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, customer segments, partnerships, and trends.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Develop and present compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Support negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and meet revenue objectives.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demand and refine development strategies.
Manage the complete business development lifecycle -- from lead generation to closing.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams for smooth project delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
Provide regular reports on sales metrics, forecasts, and performance KPIs to senior management.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience or strong interest in business development, sales, or client engagement.
Solid understanding of business growth strategies, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with awareness of market dynamics and business needs.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse clients and teams.
Problem-solving mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Internship Terms:
Fresher:
First 3 months: Unpaid training period
Next 3 months: Stipend based on performance
Experienced Candidates:
Performance-based stipend provided throughout the internship
Prior experience must align with the job requirements
