Business Development Intern (BDI) - Banking & Financial Services

As a Business Development Intern in the banking and financial services industry, you will support efforts to drive business growth, assist in daily operations, and help build strong industry relationships. This internship provides hands-on exposure to banking, financial products, and strategies to support business development, with a focus on collaborating with banks and financial institutions to identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support

Assist in managing daily operations, tracking progress toward business goals, and ensuring smooth processes to maintain customer satisfaction.

Banking Knowledge

Learn about financial products, regulatory requirements, and client management to enhance your understanding of the banking sector.

MSME Assistance

Help develop financial solutions for MSMEs, focusing on loan access and growth strategies tailored to their specific needs.

Credit Guarantee Fund Scheme (CGTSME)

Support efforts to guide MSME clients through government-backed credit guarantee programs, enhancing their borrowing capacity.

Retail Loan Support

Assist in managing retail loan products such as personal, home, and auto loans, ensuring they align with customer needs.

Product Development & Marketing

Contribute to the development and promotion of loan products based on market trends and customer feedback.

Credit Risk Awareness

Learn about credit risk evaluation and approval processes, gaining insight into strategies to minimize risks.

Lending Process Assistance

Support the lending process from initial inquiry to loan disbursement, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the team to meet business objectives, gaining experience in teamwork and organizational management.

Product Knowledge Development

Stay informed about financial products, loan features, and industry trends to build a strong foundation in banking services.

Networking Support

Help build relationships with banks and financial institutions by attending industry events and supporting collaboration efforts.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
