Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify potential clients through online platforms, LinkedIn, and databases
Assist in cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, and email communication
Maintain lead data and follow-up records
Client Coordination
Support senior team members in initial client discussions
Understand client requirements and pass details to the internal team
Schedule meetings and follow-up calls
Sales & Proposal Support
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
Learn pricing, service offerings, and negotiation basics
Track proposal status and conversions
Market Research
Research competitors, pricing, and industry trends
Identify new business opportunities and segments
Skills Required
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Confident, presentable, and people-oriented
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
Willingness to learn sales and business development
