Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities. o Keep prospective client database updated o Make cold calls for new business leads o Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company o Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients o Inform customers about company's products/services and offers. o Identify customer's needs and convince the customer to buy the product/service o Acquire comprehensive product knowledge and clarify information wherever required.
