We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to join our dynamic

This role includes making outbound sales calls, data management, and supporting the sales
& marketing team with client acquisition efforts. Outstanding performers may be offered a
full-time role at the end of the internship.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential corporate clients and decision-makers.
Understand client needs and communicate the value of our L&D programs.
Maintain and update client data in Excel sheets and CRM systems.
Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
Work closely with the sales team to meet weekly goals.
Contribute to improving business development strategies through insights and data
tracking.
What We're Looking For:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and client interactions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general data management.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Recently graduated or awaiting final results from college.
Based in or willing to relocate to Indira Nagar, Bangalore.
