Sales Intern

Roles and Responsibilities
As a Sales Intern at Toehold, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers.
Supporting the end-to-end sales process -- from lead generation to follow-up.
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
Maintaining and updating CRM tools with client details, communication logs, and progress reports.
Coordinating with internal teams to schedule consultations, trips, or workshops based on client interest.
Participating in campaigns, webinars, and events to promote Toehold's offerings.
Preparing and sharing sales reports, performance summaries, and feedback with supervisors.
Learning how to build relationships with customers and convert interest into bookings.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Interest in sales, customer interaction, and the travel industry.
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work well in a team environment and take initiative.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
