About the Internship



We are looking for a proactive and ambitious

International Business Development Intern

to support global business expansion activities in the field of international recruitment and talent mobility. This internship provides hands-on experience in market research, global client engagement, compliance coordination, and international business strategy.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in identifying and developing new global business opportunities for skilled workforce deployment. Support the building and management of relationships with international recruitment partners, employers, and agencies. Conduct research on global hiring trends, migration policies, and skill demands across international markets. Coordinate with recruitment, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Help prepare proposals, presentations, agreements, and other business documentation. Participate in virtual meetings, international discussions, and client presentations. Maintain and update business development pipelines, reports, and performance metrics. Ensure adherence to international employment, labor, and emigration regulations. Provide insights and research-based recommendations to the leadership team.

Eligibility & Requirements (Internship-Friendly)



Currently pursuing or recently completed a

Bachelor's degree

in Business, Management, International Relations, or any related field. Strong interest in

international business, global recruitment, or talent mobility

. Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with global clients. Basic knowledge (or willingness to learn) about

global hiring trends, migration laws, and visa processes

. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Strong research skills with the ability to analyze global market information. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of handling multiple tasks. Willingness to participate in international meetings or travel if required (optional).
