for our real estate division. The intern will be responsible for calling on provided raw data, engaging with prospective clients, and pitching ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to real estate sales, client handling, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided raw data
Pitch residential and/or commercial real estate projects to potential buyers
Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, and preferences
Share project details including pricing, amenities, location benefits, and offers
Generate and qualify leads for site visits and follow-ups
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and meetings
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses
Follow up with interested prospects to increase conversions
Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead-generation targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in any discipline
Strong communication skills in English and regional languages
Confidence in telephonic conversations and customer interaction
Interest in real estate sales and marketing
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism
Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate internships
Basic knowledge of real estate terminology
