Job Description

The Business Development Intern will assist the sales and business development team in identifying potential clients, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the overall growth of the company. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, outgoing, and eager to learn about sales strategies, client handling, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct market research to identify potential industries, clients, and opportunities. Generate leads through online research, databases, social media platforms, and networking. Assist the business development team in reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and client information. Schedule meetings, demos, or introductions with potential clients. Follow up with leads to ensure consistent communication and conversion. Assist in analyzing sales metrics, competitor activities, and market trends. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions for growth strategies. Provide administrative support to the sales team whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or customer engagement. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Ability to research, analyze information, and present findings.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
