Job Role:
As a
Business Development Manager
, your main goal will be to bring in new clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable services from our company. You will play an important role in expanding our business and building long-term connections.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities in the market (corporate clients, institutes, startups, etc.)
Approach potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Explain our IT services and solutions clearly to clients
Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction
Help create proposals and presentations for client meetings
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams
Requirements:
Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Confidence in client handling and public speaking
Basic understanding of IT services (we'll guide you if you're new!)
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Graduates from any stream can apply
Experience in sales/marketing/client handling is a bonus but not required
