Role Overview:
We are seeking a result-driven
Business Development Manager
to join our growing team. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, onboarding clients, and closing high-value deals while upholding Click Trick's brand standards. Ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based, fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, connect with, and onboard potential clients across various creative and digital verticals.
Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, proposal presentation, deal negotiation, and closure.
Use CT's CRM or tracking sheet to register and track leads accurately.
Attend weekly strategy calls and share performance reports.
Ensure professional and ethical client engagement at all stages.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver accurate scopes, timelines, and proposals.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Commission Structure:
Earn based on the revenue you generate each month:
Monthly Revenue Slab (INR)Commission %₹0 - ₹4,99,9995%₹5,00,000 - ₹9,99,9998%₹10,00,000 - ₹14,99,99910%₹15,00,000 and above12%Commissions are paid within 15 working days after successful client payment. All deals must be registered in CT's CRM and approved to qualify for commission.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in BD/sales/client servicing (preferred)
Familiarity with creative/digital service industries
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
Proficiency in using CRM systems or Google Workspace
Ethical, self-motivated, and results-driven
Exclusivity: No representation of competitors allowed during the contract term.
Ethics: Misrepresentation, data misuse, or unethical behavior leads to immediate termination.
Confidentiality: All client and company data must remain confidential.
Commission Eligibility: Applies only to leads personally generated, registered, and approved.
Dispute Resolution: Under jurisdiction of Kalyan courts.
