Job Description

Program Management:

Overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs on a national scale. This involves bridging the gap between strategies, setting goals, and ensuring that program objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Business Development & Strategic Partnerships:


Identify and engage with potential partners, funding agencies, and stakeholders across government, non-profit, and corporate sectors. Develop proposals, pitch decks, and partnership models to expand the scope and impact of programs.

Coordination:

Collaborating with multiple stakeholders including government agencies, non-profit organizations, community groups, and other partners involved in the programs. This may involve facilitating meetings, coordinating activities, and maintaining communication channels to ensure alignment and synergy among all stakeholders.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

Managing budgets and financial resources allocated to the programs. This includes preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring that funds are used in accordance with organizational policies and program goals.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Establishing monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track the progress and impact of programs. This involves collecting data, analyzing outcomes, and preparing reports to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Policy Development and Compliance:

Staying abreast of relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines at the national level, and ensuring that programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Capacity Building:

Providing support and guidance to staff members and partners involved in program implementation. This may include training sessions, workshops, and other capacity-building initiatives aimed at enhancing skills and knowledge related to program management.

Advocacy and Outreach:

Engaging in advocacy efforts to raise awareness about program objectives, mobilize support from key stakeholders, and advocate for policy changes or resource allocation to address program priorities.

Reporting and Documentation:

Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of program activities, outcomes, and impact to internal and external stakeholders. This includes maintaining comprehensive records and documentation to support accountability and transparency.

Risk Management:

Identifying potential risks and challenges that may impact program delivery or outcomes and developing strategies to mitigate these risks. This may involve addressing issues related to funding constraints, political dynamics, or external factors that could affect program implementation.

Strategic Planning:

Contributing to the development of long-term strategic plans and goals for the organization or department and aligning program activities with broader organizational objectives.

Pay: ₹10,019.95 - ₹12,000.00 per month
