Role Overview:
We are looking for a business development intern to help with lead generation, support back-end operations, manage sales operations, support outreach campaigns, and contribute to conversion strategies for our Building Epic Brands Program.
Key Responsibilities:
Support paid and unpaid outreach campaigns across platforms
Research potential target audiences across geographies and industries
Maintain and enrich our database with updated leads and outreach status
Drive communication with potential leads under the mentorship of the founding team and consistent follow-ups to improve engagement and boost conversion rates.
Analyze outreach performance and help optimize strategies for higher conversions
What You'll Learn:
How strategic experiences are designed and delivered for founders, marketers, and CXOs across industries
Get hands-on experience in identifying high-potential leads, crafting personalized outreach, and running structured follow-ups to move conversations forward.
First-hand exposure to how brand strategy is taught, applied, and implemented through the EPIC Brand Map framework
Requirements:
Undergraduate or postgraduate student interested in business development and sales
Strong research, writing, and communication skills
Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative
Driven and sincere professional with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
