Role Overview
As a
Merchant Acquisition Intern
, you will support the onboarding of restaurants and food sellers onto the
XORA Food Seller App
, helping them start their e-commerce journey on the ONDC network.
You will work closely with merchants and the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate listings, and readiness for online orders.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, and food businesses in Visakhapatnam
Educate merchants about ONDC, XORA Food Seller App, and digital selling opportunities
Assist sellers in registration, KYC completion, and menu/product listing
Ensure quality of listings including pricing, images, descriptions, and availability
Provide basic handholding on order flow, dashboard usage, and best practices
Support local onboarding drives, awareness campaigns, and seller training sessions
Share market insights and merchant feedback with the internal team
Who Can Apply
Students pursuing or completed
MBA, BBA, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields
Fresh graduates interested in

Individuals with good communication skills and confidence in field interactions
Comfortable using mobile apps, digital tools, and basic documentation processes
