Role Overview
As a Business Development Intern, you will gain
hands-on experience in sales, marketing, content management, and lead generation
. You will work closely with the Founder, learning how to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, manage leads, run campaigns, and close deals. This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates or business students who want to build a strong foundation in
sales, marketing, and client engagement

Key Responsibilities
Assist in
developing and implementing marketing & sales strategies
to drive business growth.
Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to identify client pain points and new opportunities.
Support in
lead generation, qualification, and management
using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
Manage
follow-ups with prospects
, ensuring leads are nurtured through the sales funnel.
Collaborate in
marketing & content management
, including drafting posts, proposals, and case studies.
Contribute to
designing and executing marketing campaigns
that target prospective clients.
Work with the founder in
pitches, client meetings, and negotiations
to secure deals.
Prepare and present
regular progress reports, insights, and pipeline updates
.
Requirements
Recent MBA graduate or student pursuing
MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management
(or related field).
Strong interest in
sales, marketing strategies, content creation, and client relationship management
.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of IT / Digital Services industry is an advantage.
