Role: Business Development (B2B Sales)
Objective: To market the products in the respective territory and achieve defined targets to increase year-on-year revenue.
Activities to be done for achieving result areas (based on successful performers in our team)
1. Phone calls on a daily basis to all new prospects, dormant clients and existing clients.
2. Business Meetings - Corporate Clients and Prospects -(Minimum 10 a week)
3. Proposal submission (10 per month)
4. Creating new clients - Convert prospects into clients/customers by following the entire sales process
5. Upselling - - Understanding the clients business and - Analyzing and understanding their problems and pitching/ offering relevant solutions.
6. Follow-up (Ongoing)
7. Upselling (Ongoing)
8. Local Marketing activities -
- Maximize/ Increase the number of certified people in the territory.
- Social/Media activities to maximize the reach and increased visibility in the market.(content provided from Central Communication team)
- Attending HR conferences etc. and sending mailers.
9. Submission of daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
