We are seeking a dynamic professional who can handle
both Business Development and Recruitment responsibilities
. The ideal candidate will play a dual role: driving new business opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring end-to-end recruitment processes to fulfill hiring needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development (BD):
Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities (B2B/B2C depending on company focus).
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Pitch services/solutions to prospective clients and close deals.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve targets.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, clients, and opportunities.
Negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing with clients.
HR Recruitment:
Understand client or internal hiring requirements.
Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
Screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Manage offer negotiations and ensure candidate onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
2-5 years of combined experience in
business development and recruitment
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successful placements.
Knowledge of recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to multitask and balance client acquisition with hiring needs.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strong team player.
Preferred Skills
Experience in IT/Non-IT staffing (depending on your company focus).
Prior exposure to B2B sales or recruitment agencies/consultancies.
CRM/ATS knowledge.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
