- Business Development & HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
1. Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities, partnerships, and client
relationships.
2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and lead-generation activities.
3. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
4. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, consultants, and potential clients.
5. Assist in creating proposals, pitch decks, and business development reports.
6. Support the sales and marketing teams with relevant data, insights, and coordination.
Human Resources
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
candidates.
2. Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and compliance-related paperwork.
3. Assist in drafting JD's, job postings, and coordinating with recruitment agencies.
4. Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
5. Coordinate with different departments for HR requirements and resource planning.
6. Handle attendance, leave records, and basic HR operational tasks.
General Coordination
1. Act as a bridge between business development, HR, marketing, and project teams.
2. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and weekly activity updates.
3. Ensure smooth internal coordination and follow-ups with all stakeholders.
4. Manage multiple responsibilities proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Human
Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 4-6 years of combined experience in Business Development, HR operations,
recruitment, or client coordination.
3. Experience in real estate, construction, property consulting, or related sectors is an
added advantage.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, Meta platform and HRMS software.
6. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage deadlines effectively.
7. Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable working across diverse roles and
responsibilities.
8. Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and site visits when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
