Job Role: Business Development + HR Executive Location: Pondicherry (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities Generate leads and follow up on sales prospects Develop and maintain relationships with clients Coordinate with internal teams for proposal and solution delivery Ability to handle HR coordination along with business development. Present company products and solutions to potential clients 90% Business Development, 10% HR tasks.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 1+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferred) Experience in the tech or manufacturing sector (preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Interest or experience in HR activities is a plus Knowledge of drone technology is an advantage Plus Point: Knowledge of tender portals and processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
