Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Approach potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
Digital Marketing
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.).
Manage company social media pages and increase online presence.
Create digital content such as posts, brochures, and promotional material.
Track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation and brand awareness activities.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools, Canva, MailChimp, etc.)
Ability to generate leads and close sales.
Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
4 years of experience in Business Development and Digital Marketing.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
