Position- Business Development Manager (BDM)- Hotel Contracting
Experience: 3-8 Years (Hospitality / B2B Sales Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Identify & onboard hotel partners (B2B sales)
Pitch services via calls, video meetings & presentations
Manage end-to-end onboarding & negotiations
Build and close a strong sales pipeline
Maintain client relationships & ensure retention
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth property launches
What We're Looking For
Proven B2B sales experience (hospitality preferred)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset with CRM exposure
Comfortable working in a office setup
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
